These terms apply to purchases from rueavel.com. The seller is HelsinkiDrip Oy, trading as Rue Avel. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown at the time of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Products and sizing

Read the product description and size guide before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Size-guide recommendations are estimates; contact us if you need help choosing.

Prices and payment

Your selected market determines the displayed currency. The final amount, applicable taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional terms apply only where expressly displayed. We will contact you if a material pricing error affects your order; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Orders and availability

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Keep it for your records. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item. We may refuse fraudulent orders or orders that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.

Support and complaints

Send questions or complaints to hello@rueavel.com with your order number. If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board, or the relevant consumer body in your country.

Applicable law

Finnish law applies, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not alter the terms that applied to an order already placed.
