Returns & refunds

Last updated: 18 October 2026

If your piece is not right for you, notify us within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.

Start a return

Email hello@rueavel.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A clear cancellation statement is sufficient. Contacting us for instructions does not extend or restrict your cancellation rights.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We will provide the appropriate return instructions. The business address below is our correspondence address; contact us before sending a parcel so it reaches the correct return destination.

Condition and return postage

You may inspect and try on your purchase as you would in a shop. Please keep tags and packaging where possible. Handling beyond what is needed to check the item can result in a deduction for diminished value. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return; we cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

Your refund

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For a full cancellation, we also refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Premium delivery upgrades are not refunded.

Exchanges and faulty items

For a different size or colour, contact us to check availability. For an incorrect or defective item, tell us what happened; photos can help. Your legal rights for faulty goods continue beyond the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Optional cancellation statement

“I wish to cancel my order [order number], received on [date], for [items]. My name and contact details are [details].” Email this statement to us or send it to the business address below.
